Pulse HYROX is a Connect IQ activity app for Garmin watches. It records a HYROX race or training session as a Cardio activity, with one lap per run or station.
Nothing beyond what your watch already records into the activity file: time, heart rate, step count and the name of the station you selected for each lap. These are written into the activity's FIT file on your watch and travel with it to Garmin Connect like any other activity.
Nothing. The app has no network access, no accounts, no analytics and no third-party services. It does not read your profile beyond the heart-rate zones used to colour the heart-rate number on screen.
Only on your watch and, after sync, in your Garmin Connect account under your own control. Deleting the activity in Garmin Connect deletes everything the app produced.
